Season of Thanks and Giving: December is Our Call to Action

Thank you for making 2018 such a special year for Team PH!

During this season of giving thanks, I want to thank all of the amazing athletes, volunteers, patients, donors, corporate sponsors, and our dedicated board members who all worked tirelessly to achieve our goals in 2018.

You helped Team PHenomenal Hope grow in new ways to support the PH community:

Research committee established to award our first international $50,000 research grant with a patient focus in 2019

More than 11,000 miles conquered by our athletes to raise awareness about PH and 125 patient stories shared

Shared more than 130 patient stories through our website

Launched the highly successful Peloton Bike Challenge, bringing together industry leaders and medical professionals to race to improve the lives of patients

Launched Team PH Africa and Team UK and Ireland, adding to our existing global teams in Brazil, Germany, and Mexico

These are just some of the highlights of what you helped us achieve in 2018. Your impact doesn’t stop here.
