Announcing our 2015 Schedule of Events – Sneak Peek!
The goal of Team PHenomenal Hope this year is to put pulmonary hypertension all over the map!
To help us do this, we recruited a group of athletes passionately dedicated to their sports, and who share that dedication with our cause. And in 2015 you will see us all over the world!
There are still more events to be finalized, so there will me MORE events on the map, but we wanted to share this exciting news with our team at large. 2015 will be epic!
