Team PH invites all those living with PH to join our support group program! Our group meets virtually via Zoom every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November) on the 2nd Wednesday at 2 p.m. EST to discuss relevant topics to living with pulmonary hypertension. Our goal is to make these meetings educational, engaging, applicable, and positive for all PH patients. Each meeting we invite special guests to deep-dive into pertinent subjects and allow plenty of time for questions and discussion. See a list of our scheduled meetings below and register today.
