Team PH Virtual Support Group Program
We are thrilled to share with the pulmonary hypertension community that Team PH will host its first ever virtual support group meeting via Zoom on Saturday, September 18 at 2 p.m. ET! We created this new program to offer even more support to people living with PH directly. The Team PH Support Group will meet every other month virtually, providing fellowship, time, and platform to discuss topics relevant to PH.
For our first meeting, CVS Specialty RN Sue Gammill will share her presentation, “Making Myself a Priority,” which will focus on the topic of mental health. We hope those can join us for this relevant and important discussion.
