Welcoming Two Incredible New Team Members to PHenomenal Hope
At PHenomenal Hope, our ability to serve the pulmonary hypertension community is only as strong as the people behind our mission. Today, we are thrilled to introduce two extraordinary individuals who are joining our team and bringing with them a wealth of experience, compassion, and purpose.
Nettie Fox, Development Manager
Nettie Fox brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership, management, marketing, and public service to her role as Development Manager at Team PHenomenal Hope. Her career spans nonprofit, association, recreation, and government sectors — and as a military veteran, she has spent decades guiding high-performing teams, overseeing complex operations, and advancing strategic initiatives that drive lasting community impact.
Beyond her professional achievements, Nettie is a dedicated volunteer whose service has touched nearly every corner of community life — from public safety and emergency preparedness to youth recreation, the arts, education, animal welfare, and community development. She is widely recognized for cultivating meaningful partnerships that strengthen organizations from the inside out.
Nettie’s approach to her work is grounded in a simple but powerful philosophy: meaningful progress happens through purposeful, everyday action. We could not be more excited to have her leading our development efforts and helping grow the resources that make our patient programs possible.
Cassidy Behan, Program Associate
Cassidy Behan’s path to nonprofit work is one rooted in personal experience and deep empathy. After losing her father to ALS at a young age, Cassidy witnessed firsthand the profound difference that compassionate organizations can make for families navigating devastating illness. That experience became the foundation of her career.
She began her nonprofit journey with ALS of Nevada as an Event Coordinator, where she managed volunteers, coordinated community events, and led fundraising efforts in support of the organization’s mission. She went on to serve with the Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation as a teacher, supporting children with visual impairments through education, advocacy, and individualized care.
Most recently, Cassidy became a Registered Behavior Technician, merging her nonprofit background with behavioral health to provide compassionate, individualized support to those she serves. Each chapter of her career reflects the same core commitment: showing up for children, families, and communities in ways that truly matter.
Cassidy joins Team PHenomenal Hope as Development Associate, and we are so grateful to have her passion, dedication, and lived understanding of what it means to support families facing serious illness.
