Winding Down 2018 and Looking Ahead to 2019: Letter from the Director
Team PHenomenal Hope, since its inception in 2012, has put PH patients first. Through the hard work of dedicated volunteers, donors, and athletes to events such as the PHenomenal Hope 5K and most recently the JonTron Charity Auction, we are pleased to announce that Team PH will be granting out our first research grant of $50,000 from the PHenomenal Impact Fund for Global PH Research to be awarded in the spring of 2019. Research is critical to help improve the lives of patients and to find a cure for PH. Letters of intent are due by Feb. 1, 2019!

Finally, we want to say thank you to all the wonderful patients, athletes, volunteers, sponsors, our staff and board for making 2018 an impactful year! Recently, we were very touched when one of our Unmet Needs Patient Impact Fund recipients organized a fundraiser to pay it forward. She raised enough to fund a grant for a patient in need. This is just one example of the kind of caring community we are part of.
